Dr. Chong invited to U.S. National Committee for Theoretical and Applied Mechanics 2015 Annual Meeting

Dr. Ken Chong was invited to participate in the U.S. National Committee for Theoretical and Applied Mechanics 2015 Annual Meeting, held May 1 at the National Academy of Sciences (NAS). Workshops on additive manufacturing and material systems were discussed, and presentations by a member of the NAS Board of Directors and various federal agencies—including one by the NSF assistant director for engineering—were made during the daylong meeting.
