Professors Volker Sorger (ECE) and Grace Zhang (MAE) have published a manuscript titled “Scattering and Absorption Control in Biocompatible Fibers towards Equalized Photobiomodulation.” The work investigates low-level light therapy in nanoengineered biocompatible optical fibers. In short, they use light to heal tissue, for example, after surgery. The full citation is: J. K. George, H. Seyed, D. D’Hemecourt, W. Zhu, G. Zhang and V. J.
