Dr. Murray Snyder was selected for GW’s Writing in the Disciplines (WID) Distinguished Teaching Award. This annual award recognizes one member of the GW faculty who has demonstrated dedication, excellence, and innovation in the teaching of WID courses. Dr. Snyder was selected based on the popular Nuclear Weapons Policy course that he teaches in the Elliott School of International Affairs, where he has a concurrent appointment as a professor of international affairs. Dr. Snyder will receive his award during the Faculty Honors Awards Ceremony on April 23.
