On June 5, Dr. Chunlei Liang received the 2014 AIAA National Capital Section Hal Andrews Young Engineer Scientist of the Year Award for his contributions to computational fluid dynamics. The Hal Andrews award is the premier award of the AIAA National Capital Section recognizing aerospace professionals in the early stages of their career. Dr. Liang was nominated for the award by Dr. Charles Garris.
